Returns & Policy

● Returned items must be unused and unwashed along with its original box. The Returns can be processed online. PAMABE Outdoor will determine in its sole discretion if a return will be accepted. Additional restrictions may apply

● Please note that it is no return for customized mattress.

● The Returns will be payed back to its original payment account, ex. credit card, Cash on Delivery, ATM, Line pay, or third party payments within 14 to 30 working days.

● Please provide your bank details for ATM and Cash on Delivery refunds.

Online PAMABE Store

● Please videotape whenever you open the product. Only Items that have been purchased directly from PAMABE OUTDOOR online store can be returned to PAMABE OUTDOOR. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the documents in its original box when you received it. Please schedule to send your items back to PAMABE OUTDOOR with the carrier. Please note that free carrier is only eligile for Taiwan Island Consumers pickup.

Offline Store

● According to Taiwan Consumer Act, it is ineligible for offline-store returns.

Once we receive and check your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
