● After you fill in the appointment form, you will proceed to check mattress size. As long as the measurement is done and the size is finalized, you will be asked to pay before the customized product is manufactured. Then you will receive an email to confirm the order.

● It might take 30 to 45 working days to get your products. But it might take longer time depending on the order amounts.

● Please keep your phone on so that we can contact you as long as there are any shipping questions.

Warranty

PAMABE Car Camping Mattress are covered by a Limited 10 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials of the product.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, hot temperature, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged before repairing.

Warranty Limitation and Exclusions

This warranty is only available in Taiwan. PAMABE OUTDOOR is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data or lost or destroyed personal property.

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
